⏰ Quality of Life Improvements

A huge part of TogetherCraft is simply making Minecraft more pleasant to play.

Leaves decay much faster once a tree has been chopped down, farmland cannot be trampled, campfires are placed unlit, lapis stays inside enchantment tables, and books placed on lecterns automatically return to the first page after being closed.

We have also improved several crafting recipes. Players receive more stairs, trapdoors, bricks, and wood from their materials, while stairs and slabs can be converted back into full blocks.

Universal Dyeing also allows dyeable blocks to be changed from one colour directly into another.

Small changes, but ones you quickly begin to miss when returning to normal Minecraft!

📦 Better Storage

Storage is incredibly important on any long term Survival Minecraft server.

TogetherCraft barrels contain six rows of storage, giving them the same capacity as a large chest while still keeping their compact appearance.

Shulker Boxes can also be opened directly from your inventory by using Shift and Right Click, making them much more practical when building, mining, or organising materials.

Our Beehive Lore feature displays the current honey level and number of bees living inside a hive, while the Bee Inspector allows players to check a hive manually using Shift and Right Click.

🧱 Better Building

Builders are a huge part of the TogetherCraft community, so several tweaks are designed specifically to make large projects easier.

Concrete Powder can be dropped into a water filled cauldron to instantly turn it into Concrete.

Dirt can be dropped into a water cauldron to create Mud.

Concrete Powder can also be smelted into the corresponding colour of Stained Glass.

Players can craft Red Sandstone using Sand and Red Dye, recolour blocks using Universal Dyeing, and convert stairs and slabs back into their original blocks.

Even Budding Amethyst can be collected using Silk Touch.

It gives builders more freedom without removing the Survival experience of gathering the materials themselves.

🛡️ Safer Survival

TogetherCraft is a community focused Survival server, which means we want danger without seeing somebody’s beautiful three month project disappear because a Creeper had other ideas.

Block damage caused by Creepers, Withers, the Ender Dragon, and Fireballs is disabled.

Players still take damage. Mobs are still dangerous. Your house simply does not become collateral damage.

Phantoms can also be scared away by holding a Torch, while Spawners can be disabled using a Redstone signal.

Players can even use Sponges to absorb Lava.

✨ Better Mending

Repairing equipment with Mending does not need to involve standing beside an XP farm while repeatedly swapping items around.

On TogetherCraft, simply Shift and Right Click an Anvil while holding an item with Mending.

Your available XP will be used to repair the item.

Simple.

🐮 Better Mob Management

Moving villagers is nobody’s favourite Saturday evening activity.

That is why villagers on TogetherCraft can be attached to Leads and will also follow players carrying Emerald Blocks.

Mob collectors can use a Name Tag named Silence me to silence noisy mobs.

Shulkers naturally respawn inside End Cities, helping keep Shulker Shells available in a long term multiplayer world, and every Shulker will drop at least two shells when defeated.

There is even a little magic involved.

Using a Golden Dandelion, players can turn an adult mob back into its baby form.

Because sometimes you simply need a tiny cow.

💛 More Useful Totems

Totems of Undying do not have to be held in your hand to save you.

If you have a Totem anywhere inside your inventory, it can activate when required.

This gives players more freedom to use shields, maps, food, or other items in their offhand while exploring dangerous areas.

🐉 Improved End Exploration

Defeating the Ender Dragon always feels like a major milestone.

On TogetherCraft, defeating the Dragon rewards players with both a Dragon Egg and an Elytra.

Shulkers also respawn inside End Cities and drop a minimum of two Shulker Shells, helping ensure that End resources remain accessible even as the server world gets older.

🌈 Fun Little Extras

Not every Together Tweak needs to solve a problem.

Some are simply fun.

Rainbow Sheep drop randomly coloured wool when sheared.

Wandering Traders sell collectible Mini Blocks and Staff Heads.

Copper Golems can interact with Barrels.

Item Frames can be made invisible using Shift and Right Click.

Grindstones can remove custom names and lore from items.

And yes, you can throw a Lingering Potion of Weakness at Bedrock to weaken it into Cobblestone.
