Hey everyone! Today is the day that 1.19 is released into The Wild. Just a reminder that the server will not be updating to 1.19 today. We shall be updating when a stable version is available, and all plugins are compatible. There currently is no set date, but we will announce it as soon we are ready! Like with many great things, we need the bugs to be ironed out before we can upgrade the server. I am personally keeping a close on the updates, bug reports, and anything else 1.19 related to ensure that when we do update it is for the best for everyone. We don’t want to lose or corrupt what we have all created. Below are some FAQs:

When will the server update?
The server will be not be updated to 1.19 on the day it comes out. The server will update when a stable version of 1.19 is available, and all plugins are compatible. There currently is no set date, but we will announce it as soon we are ready!

Why can’t we update right away?

• The most obvious is that the multiplayer version just won’t be ready on the day of release, maybe not until a week or so after.
• We will not update to 1.19 until bugs and glitches with the version are fixed.
• We need to wait for all the plugins to be updated too!
• We will only update to 1.19 for the final version (i.e 1.19.1) to reduce the risk of game breaking bugs, and glitches seen in the past.

Will the survival world be reset?
NO. NO. NO. We are not resetting our world. We love this world, and all the fantastic things we have built together. We shall have the new 1.19 chunks right under our feet, and any old chunks which haven’t been explored will be updated to 1.19. Many of you may know this process as “trimming”. We shall trim the unused chunks within the world, and update them to 1.19. We can keep our awesome builds, our homes, our loot, and still have the maximum fun of 1.19.

What are the server plans for 1.19?
Now the 1.19 is here, we can focus on ensuring the 1.19 update is awesome! We have some very exciting features which are in testing. As soon as we can ensure they are compatible with our world, we shall be announcing them. Keep a close eye on the announcements on discord for future 1.19 updates.

I would like to thank you all for your patience whilst we wait for a stable version of 1.19 to be released. I am very excited to enjoy the new blocks, mobs, and biomes which 1.19 has to offer. I mean… We all know Warden Run will have to happen?
